BBQ wings in the oven
It happens that it is not possible to go out into nature. For example, it started to rain or you just wanted to go on playing on vsmb.vn without going outside. After all, you can cook BBQ in the oven.
- Wings must be washed and dried.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the meat in an even layer.
- Put the baking sheet to the oven heated to 225 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce and spoon a generous amount of it onto each wing. Then it must be carefully smeared with a silicone brush.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake them at a temperature of 220 degrees.
- Ready-made pieces can be served with vegetables.

Things to cook on the BBQ
Australia Day is one of my favourite public holidays. It’s not that I’m super patriotic (although I do get a little teary eyed whenever I hear ‘I still call Australia home’) it’s more that it’s a time to celebrate what I love about being an Aussie. Our beautiful beaches, our countryside, our outdoor lifestyle, our irreverrence and love of ‘taking the piss’, our sense of humour…

Primal Grilling
Grilling has long been a favorite American pastime, and goes without hesitation on holidays like Memorial Day or the 4th of July. It’s also something Americans use to gather the family together over the weekends and share in festivities. Much of this love of barbecuing links back to our forefathers but to one especially.
