Great BBQ side Dishes

My company hired ResQ BBQ for a staff event this month. Chuck was so helpful in setting up the catering, choosing exactly what we needed to feed a hungry horde. We selected pulled pork, chicken wings and legs, smoked mac and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans and homemade sauces. Chuck showed up and helped us set up- even providing us with a warming box for the day. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everyone was gushing about how delicious everything was. I am so pleased that we found ResQ and we will be using them again for future events. I highly recommend you give Chuck and ResQ a try- you will not be disappointed!

"RESQ BBQ Catering is awesome. A friend of mine had a party catered with an amazing spread of delicious selections. There were huge brined and smoked beef ribs, smoky pulled chicken, savory chicken wings, smoked mac and cheese and the most amazing brisket I've ever had. The brisket was tender and in the most amazing au jus (flavorful natural juice), it melts in your mouth. I could cut it with a plastic fork. Even the roasted red potatoes and baked beans were great.

There was also coleslaw and sauces but I didn't have any, I was too busy chowing down the meats. My wife said the slaw was awesome. The meat was so good I didn't want to add any sauce; it was already so flavorful and moist that it didn't need anything else. However next time I will check them out.

This is the best BBQ in the area. I highly recommend RESQ BBQ Catering and plan to hire Chuck the next time I need a caterer... Chuck is very friendly and is very passionate about his cooking and he knows what he is doing. This is really special stuff; much better than the normal spread you expect at a BBQ party. Everyone at the party was talking about how good the food was."
