Spring BBQ Menu ideas

Q:We're throwing a spring housewarming party soon. I'd like it to be a sort of outdoor barbeque theme. I've been trying to think of some good menu ideas but I'm not too pleased with my ideas. I was hoping you could help!

We intend on feeding a large group of people, so it would be great if we could make the menu simple, yet a bit elegant (as elegant as a BBQ can be, hah!).

Editor: Amanda, we think that grilled chicken in the springtime is a wonderfully light and even elegant dish! Here are a couple of great grilled chicken recipes; the first is especially springlike:

Add in some fancied-up deviled eggs, a fresh, sweet potato salad, lemon cake or cupcakes, and a spring cocktail (or maybe Pimm's Cup?) and you have a very elegant outdoor soiree!

Make sure to have plenty of flowers and a pretty set of napkins and glasses, and you're set.
