Welcome to Blanco BBQ Catering Services. We offer a variety of menus and services to fit your needs. We have a spacious rustic style “Party Room” with a capacity of 100 guests for your next party, event, business/company meeting, wedding, etc… You can use it for just about anything! We can cater your event at our establishment or anywhere you choose as we offer on and off site catering as well! It’s really pretty simple, you pick the Menu, add the services you want and we will do the rest!

We slow smoke all our meats over oak and pecan wood to ensure great flavor and tenderness. We make all our side items and offer great desserts!

Drop-off Catering

Great for office gatherings, parties, game days or any quick, fun event. Up to 50 guests with one day advance notice. We can provide: * your choice of brisket, chicken, turkey, ham, sausage and pulled pork* “Don’t forget to pick 3 of our homemade side items.” All the fixins are included like pickles, onions, jalapenos, sweet + hot carrots, homemade BBQ sauce, fresh baked rolls. We ain’t done yet! We even provide plates, cutlery, napkins, sweet or regular tea, lemons, cups and ice. “ And you don’t even have to lift a finger!” We set it all up, and everything is disposable making cleanup a snap!
